A long established “purveyor of fine foods”, this business was acquired by Terese Cook in May 2002, since when considerable improvement and enhancement has taken place, to ensure a retailing experience of the highest order.
A degree level Nursing Sister by profession, Terese actually comes from a long line of Bakers & Confectioners, however, in this venture she is following her own passion for fine food and cooking. Whether you are a native Morpethian, or a visitor just passing through, you will always receive a warm welcome from our cheerful staff.
Following a great deal of research the ideal location for a second shop was found in Alnwick. A building that is steeped in history has been transformed into a specialist food shop for the enjoyment of Alnwick locals and the many visitors attracted to this vibrant market town. the morpeth deli - in alnwick opened in November 2004.
